EvergreenCali personnel at minimum poses OSHA 30 Training. All field personnel continuously attend quarterly training such as First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Mold Remediation, Infection Control & Hospital Acquired Infection Prevention, & Asbestos Training. Our team consists of LEED Accredited Professionals, Architects, Construction Managers, Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification, & EM-385 40 Hour Safety Certification.
Joshua A. Schreer
Founded EvergreenCali in 2009. He has honorably served in the US Army and US Army National Guard from 1997 to 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of Evergreen’s business operations. He directly procures and negotiates contracts, does all of the business development and directly develops and implements corporate policies and procedures. He has specialized in estimating, value engineering, scheduling, planning and execution, implementation of project specifications and contract documents. In addition, Joshua Schreer coordinates all field operations and field support with a high standard in safety and quality control on all EvergreenCali projects.
Joshua Schreer also specializes in government contracting and private contracting in general commercial ground up projects, remediation services, structural concrete, commercial TI’s, and minor and major renovations throughout Northern and Southern California. Joshua Schreer received a B.S. in Construction Management of Architecture from Pratt Institute in NYC in 2003 and is Certified in 30 Hour OSHA Training, EM-385 40 Hour Safety Training, Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and Asbestos Awareness Operations & Maintenance. Josh prides himself on his attention to detail and his insistence on making safety a priority. He has a wife and 3 children and they enjoy life in Southern California.
Ryan Dudek joined EvergreenCali in 2015. Ryan Dudek studied Project Management at UCSD. Ryan Dudek handles client relations, estimating, & project management.
Lorena Moreno joined EvergreenCali
in 2016. Lorena Moreno studied Architecture at San Diego Mesa College. Lorena Moreno assists in project management and estimating and handles administrative aspects of our current construction projects.
Heather Lynn joined EvergreenCali in 2014. She has an extensive background previously working and managing a FedEx Corporate hub for over 6 years. Heather-Lynn oversees the office personnel and directly manages and handles payroll, administration, Human Resources, marketing, employee benefits program, & implementation of corporate operations policy & procedures, & accounts payable/accounts receivable.
